1. Dual Axis motion system:

For traditional synthesis pedestal. There’s one line includes 12 base with long motion length and more space. We updated this technology divided one line into 2 lines. Which saves the synthesis motion time, and saves more space in the box to decrease the synthesis time efficiently.

2. Indipendent Pipeline System:

For each pipeline of amidite and reagents. We have the independent pipe to avoid pollution interaction between the reagents, which saves the time and cost to clean the pipes by ACN. And each channel can choose the different sequence file and parameter and set Initialization/finalization mode freely. All of the pipes can store, load, inpect and make analysis.

1. Independent operating system software, simple operation, log function.

2. Set up the synthesis program by yourself, variety of synthesis scales are available; in addition, Probe, thio, primer can be synthesized at the same time.

3. The software settings are also more convenient. The starting base for synthesis can be selected according to the nature of the carrier base, you can also choose the starting position for synthesis

After sales service:

1. For installation, there's no more parts need to install. we'll just unpack some fragile parts before delivery. In addition, the commissioning will be done before leaving the factory. 

2. For the use of the machine,  we can take the detailed videos for the operation process.

3. For the training for the equipment, we can arrange the Zoom meeting with engineer to make the training online owing to Covid, the engineer can not go out at present.

4. For the after sales service. Sometimes we need change the consumables. Frankly, we can arrange the engineer come to your place to make it. but for now owing to Covid. we'll make it online.

5. For all of the materials which the synthesizer needed, it can be provided in the future. such as the chemicals, consumables and phosphoramidites. we provide one step service.
