Description:
The synthesizer is an economical, versatile mid-throughput platform with short cycle times and low reagent consumption. The system is ideal for the synthesis of primers of various lengths, as well as complex modified oligonucleotides and dye-labeled primers and probes. It can flexibly synthesize sequences longer than 120 mer at 25nmol-300umol synthesis scales. Equipped with 12 channels, each channel can be independently controlled to run, and different reaction times can be set individually to ensure the synthesis quality of each primer while synthesizing 12 primers in parallel.
DNA/RNA oligonucleotides produced by Honya Biotech can be used in gene synthesis, PCR/RT-PCR, siRNA/RNAi, DNA/RNA sequencing, immunology and biochemistry, high-throughput screening, natural product biosynthesis, gene construction, inversion Record PCR, hybridization, single nucleotide polymorphism detection, gene diagnosis and treatment research.

1. Dual Axis motion system:
For traditional synthesis pedestal. There’s one line includes 12 base with long motion length and more space. We updated this technology divided one line into 2 lines. Which saves the synthesis motion time, and saves more space in the box to decrease the synthesis time efficiently.
2. Independent Pipeline System:
For each pipeline of amidite and reagents. We have the independent pipe to avoid pollution interaction between the reagents, the advantage is there’s no dead volume. It also can save the time and cost to clean the pipes by ACN. And each channel can choose the different sequence file and parameter and set Initialization/finalization mode freely. The programme for each pipes can be stored, loaded, inspected and make analysis.

The nucleic acid synthesis is carried out using the solid phase sialic amide triglyceride method, whereby the 3′ end of the DNA is immobilised on a solid phase substrate and nucleotides are added in the 3′ to 5′ direction until the desired DNA fragment is synthesised. This differs from DNA synthesis by the application of DNA polymerase.
The 3′ end of the first base is immobilised on CPG during synthesis, the 5′-OH of the next base is protected with di-p-tolyl trityl, the amino group on the base is protected with benzoic acid and the 3′-OH is then activated with an amino phosphate compound. 1 base of the 5 5′-OH of 1 base and 3′-OH of the next base form a phosphite triglyceride, which is then oxidised with iodine to a phosphate triglyceride, the protectant on the second base 5′-OH is removed by adding dichloroacetic acid DM cycles through the addition of the next base, and after synthesis the protectant on the 5′-OH is removed with a weak acid The fragment is disconnected from the solid resin with concentrated ammonium hydroxide, the protectant is removed from the base with concentrated ammonium hydroxide under heating, the ammonium hydroxide is removed, the fragment is vacuum dried, and the nucleic acid is purified by liquid chromatography or PAGE.
